Colombian coffee grows at high altitude and is typically washed, which results in clean structure and elegant aromatics. We choose Colombia because it does not need heavy roasting or blending to perform. When sourced and roasted correctly, the coffee speaks for itself.

We roast our Colombia to highlight natural sweetness and floral notes without pushing acidity too far. The goal is not sharpness—it is composure.
