All orders are shipped via PostNL, unless stated otherwise.


2. Shipping area

We currently ship to:

  • The Netherlands


3. Shipping costs (Netherlands)

Shipping costs are calculated per order and shown clearly at checkout.

Standard shipping – up to 1 kg (coffee):

  • €6.95 per order

  • Includes tracking & delivery to home address

  • Indicative delivery time: 1–2 business days

This rate is based on average PostNL parcel pricing and packaging weight for coffee orders.


4. Free shipping

  • Free shipping on orders over €50


5. Order processing time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day


6. Delivery times

  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days after shipment

  • Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed

  • CALT Coffee is not responsible for delays caused by PostNL or force majeure


7. Track & trace

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a PostNL tracking link by email.


8. Incorrect address or missed delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct delivery address

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, reshipping costs are borne by the customer


9. Damaged or lost packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos (if damaged) and your order number

We will assess and resolve the issue in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
