This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made via caltcoffee.com.
1. Right of withdrawal (EU consumer law)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without stating a reason, in accordance with EU consumer law.
2. Exception – food & hygiene products
Due to hygiene and food safety regulations:

Opened or used coffee products cannot be returned or refunded

This applies to ground coffee, whole beans, and all consumable items
Returns are only accepted if products are:

Unopened
-
Unused
-
In original, sealed packaging
3. How to request a return
To request a return, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order:

Include:

Order number
-
Reason for return (optional but helpful)
Do not return products without contacting us first.
4. Return shipping

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer

Products must be returned within 14 days after notifying us

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
5. Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we will process the refund within 14 days

Refunds are issued via the original payment method

Original shipping costs are not refunded, unless the return is due to our error
6. Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Include photos of the product and packaging
If approved, we will:

Replace the product, or

Issue a full refund (including shipping)
7. Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Promotional or discounted items (unless defective)
8. Liability limitation
Our liability is limited to the purchase value of the returned product.
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
